Back from Rwanda

I had an AMAZING trip to Rwanda, which is one of the most beautiful places I have ever had the fortune to visit. Just posted some sketches from the journey. You will notice a definite bias towards sketches of the airport and hotel, and that's because those were the only places I really had down time from work.

I also took some photos around Kigali, which I will post separately. Hope to be able to use them as references for studio paintings.

Love to hear your comments on the sketches!

thanks Barrie! I am loving sketching. For some reason I have been feeling very stuck in my oil painting, but this is helping me a lot. Plan to do a lot more of it, especially on my upcoming trips. In May I am going to Rwanda for work.

Actually I'm a contractor for DOD. All of the work is related to security issues, rather than development.
